Oceanco Yacht Building at Alblasserdam has wheeled out the Y707 The expectation is that the yacht will be  launched in the early morning of Friday Oceanco today could not give details about the ship. However they come later in this week with a press release with more details on the yacht.

ALBLASSERDAM – Jachtenbouwer Oceanco aan het Zuiderstek in Alblasserdam heeft woensdagochtend 25 januari een miljoenenjacht naar buiten gereden. Met de jachthaven op de voorgrond ziet het kolossale bouwwerk, dat met grote kranen verder in elkaar gezet wordt, er uit als de koning van het water. De verwachting is dat het jacht in de vroege ochtend van vrijdag 27 januari te water wordt gelaten. Oceanco kon vandaag niet meer informatie over het schip geven. Wel komt er later in de week een persbericht met meer details over het jacht.

World renowned Dutch superyacht manufacturer OceAnco have just launched today their first yacht of 2012 and their latest yacht overall. She is the massive 88.50-meter superyacht built under the hull designation Y707 at OceAnco. Naval Architecture of Y707 has been shared between OceAnco themselves and Azure. The smooth and balanced exterior lines are the work of Sam Sorgiovanni. The interior is also by Sorgiovanni.

Huys ten Donck  House ten Donck in my hometown Ridderkerk is a remarkable oasis amidst the urban surroundings, only 15 minutes from the center of Rotterdam, Het Huys ten Donck (1746) is known as the most beautiful Rococo House in the Netherlands, surrounded by one of the oldest English Landscape gardens in our country. The estate is the last still completely authentic estate in the Province South-Holland.

Het Huis ten Donck in Ridderkerk is gebouwd in 1746 op de fundamenten van een vroeger kasteeltje uit 1616. Het is omgeven door een groot landschappelijk park dat is aangelegd in de Engelse Landschapsstijl. Na jaren lang te zijn verwaarloosd is het fraaie huis begin 20e eeuw prachtig gerenoveerd en staat er nu weer schitterend bij, ook de tuin waar niet veel meer van over was is geheel hersteld. Sinds 1979 is het huis een monument. Het huis is nog steeds in bezit van dezelfde familie en wordt nog steeds bewoond. Bij het huis behoren diverse bijgebouwen zoals een koetshuis stallen en diverse schuren. Het park mag betreden worden na aanschaf van een dagkaart.
