Newly released dashcam video shows the unusual ending to a slow-speed pursuit that traveled nearly 20 miles before entering in a residential neighborhood outside St. Paul, Minnesota. The driver, it turned out, was 8 years old. And his foster siblings, ages 3 and 5, were his passengers. The pursuing state trooper was "absolutely shocked," a patrol lieutenant said....

Dancing is one way to end a pursuit. After being chased through downtown L.A. for allegedly driving erratically, a pursued driver was forced to stop at the Los Angeles Times parking lot after running over multiple spike strips. That’s when the driver decided to do something unusual - rather than turn herself over to police, she broke into dance.
